A fun garage project from March of '09. Floor was pitted, cracked and needed regrading as water would puddle up everytime it rained. They were making a lot of improvements to the house and wanted to do something fun with the garage as well.

We started by grinding out the cracks and filling them with an epoxy/silica mixture. Then we built up the low areas with Texture-pave, giving ourselves a nice smooth surface perfectly graded to run water out to the driveway.

For the finishing touch, we add a final two layers of Thin-Finish and the Nuke logo!

This is a recent overlay we did on a front entrance in Niskayuna, NY. The first photo is of a newly poured slab (the old one was in pieces so we opted to pour anew). This customer wanted a random slate pattern to match the walkway...

These photos are of a 1200 sf workshop we completed in January. This customer had his shop built last year and wanted to personalize it by showing his affinity for the New York Yankees. This was a fun project and really looks sharp. The cloudiness in the after photos can be attributed to the fact that the sealer was still wet when I took them and the camera picked up the reflection from the lights above. We'd like to do more projects of this type. What's your favorite sports/NASCAR team? Are you a Ford guy? A Chevy guy? or a Dodge guy? How about the Harley logo in your shop? We can do just about anything...

These photos are of a decorative overylay we recently completed in Albany NY. The home is currently on the market and the customer was looking for a way to improve curb appeal and address the fact that this twenty five year old entranceway had begun to deteriorate. The overlay not only enhances the beauty of the home but also seals and protects; stopping the deterioration and adding years to the life of the patio.

Here are a few before and after photos of a walkway resurface job we did in June of '08. As you can see this old concrete walkway had quite a bit of spalling and general decay. We gave it a new surface with a typical broom finish and smooth edges for less than a third of what it would cost to have torn it out and repaced. As the new Elitecrete surface is stronger than the original concrete, this walkway will look brand new for many years to come.

This series of photos is from a foundation restoration project we completed in July 2007. As you can see, pressure from below had caused massive damage to the supporting wall as well as the horizontal slab. The cinder blocks had suffered from years of moisture and many had to be replaced. They had been parged with metal lath and cement. The lath had rusted and the stains looked really bad. We stripped the parging and the lath and resurfaced the walls with EliteCrete Thin-Finish tinted black. The slab itself had cracked in half and had a two inch wide crack right down the middle. We filled the crack and applied a very elegant slate overlay.

Here is a pool deck completed in the summer of 2007. The surface of the concrete was spalling and rough, but structurally sound. The customer was considering having it torn out and replaced with pavers or stamped concrete. We applied a sprayed down decorative overlay, saving this homeowner thousands of dollars and adding years to the life of this pool deck.
